You're always on the go, your mind keeps spinning around, and sometimes you feel on the verge of burning out. After spending many years on that wheel as a co-founder and executive, I intimately understand what it feels like. But I was determined to find a solution, and I did. I'm Jochen Raysz, a Self-Leadership Coach who leverages my training in ancient Tibetan wisdom to guide my clients on how to slow down, be more present, and have greater resilience to do the things they love. I guide my clients through a profound transformation of self-leadership — not by adding more but by revealing what has always been within them. Though many of my clients have a "spiritual bent," and my work is spiritual, it's not religious—I honor everyone's beliefs. How do my clients describe what I provide. During a sabbatical in India in 2005, I met Ziji Rinpoche, a revered teacher of the Dzogchen tradition, the highest teaching in Tibetan Buddhism. In just two weeks, I learned more about myself than in six years of studying psychology.
