About Jochen Stoll

In more than 13 years of experience in the automotive industry, I had the great chance to own varying exciting roles in the electric and electronic development. Challenges in the ECU hardware development, subsystem definition, requirements management, vehicle integration and industrialization enabled the growth of deep technical skills. I am thankful for the entire overview of the automotive value chain from the single material and first idea to great products and experience for the end customer. In this time, I experienced 3 major organization transformations and company merger. The global collaboration with different regions, tech centers and excellent experts with various cultural background is inspiring every day again. In the last years I had the possibility to lead different regional and globally distributed teams with more than 70 internal employees and 60 external colleagues. I am still fascinated which incredible results those teams can achieve and which passion all the individuals bring to work to change the way how we live mobility. In all these years there are values that are very important to me and that I try to live every day: • honesty/authenticity – “walk to talk”, admit to own mistakes. • Integrity – identify the values and goals of the company and act on its behalf. • Empathy – putting the customer but also the team in focus, active listening. • Continuous learning – never stop learning – from everyone and everything – everyday. • Flexibility – having the strength to reject former own opinions if it is necessary, act fast. • Innovation – passion for new technologies, take of old paradigm, first principle thinking. • Passion – love what you do, do what you love, they hungry to continuous (personal) growth.
