Duties include- Electrician Duties: Install any kind of electrical, troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs, fabricate and custom build accessories for equipment, support operations team, ensure code compliance - Procurement Duties: Find fitting suppliers, get quotes from multiple sources, create PRs that are ready to convert into POs, order parts, consumables and equipment that is the most cost-effective - Project/Equipment Management Duties: Create equipment lists, keep maintenance records, plan and stage equipment for projects, update/upgrade equipment to suit project requirements - Engineering Duties : Create calculators and spread sheets to plan and engineer projects, supply expertise to RFP Team, design panel layouts and electrical requirements for projects, design electrical accessories - PR/ Supplier Relation Duties : Liaison between German Suppliers and Bothar, start and maintain an excellent relationship with suppliers and customers or customer representatives, translator and interpreter - Supervisor Duties: Mentor and train technical personnel, distribute tasks for yard technicians and electricians, being the point of contact for questions and provide expertise through experience - Safety Duties: established and maintain safety bulletin board, perform daily safety talk at toolbox meeting, write and review safe work procedures - HR Duties: Schedule and conduct interviews with potential new hires, prepare hiring paperwork, technical on-boarding for new employees - General: Save money by planning ahead instead of being reactive, streamlining operations and increasing efficiency, establish spare parts stock.
