About Jodee de Leon

I am highly experienced in leadership, onboarding & training, business development, and customer relations. Intuition is key and I lead with passion in developing internal growth within a team and business. Knowledge in the importance of the correlation between business needs and customer retention in my various leadership roles has been something I strive in. I’ve spent time in breaking down training material and rebuilding it from scratch to improve in places that were previously lacking. Each individual hold strengths that they know they can bring to the table, while others need acknowledgement of what they might perceive as a weakness is actually a strength. I’m a big believer in encouraging and supporting each individual to embrace growth and enjoy working alongside like minded individuals in a positive environment.
