Sales - Commercial Insurance Accounts Sales - Personal Insurance Certified Insurance Counselor-CIC Certified Risk Manager-CRM PIAW - Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin - Board of Director Goal- To assist others with their risk management insurance needs with providing coverage and knowledge. My focus is commercial lines accounts but also work with individual on their personal insurance needs. I have worked extensively in the restaurant/bar, habitational/lodging and contractor classes. I also have knowledge in specialty liability classes, workers compensation, directors and officers liability and employment practices liability. I continue to grow my knowledge in the Insurance/Risk Management field so that I am to increase my ability to provide the information and services to assist my clients needs. Working at Glass Insurance now for a total of over 14 years has provided me a place to have a great work/life balance, be actively involved in the insurance industry through the state association, and given me satisfaction/pride of working/living in Lake Geneva Area for over 15 years! I have been involved with the Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin for over 15 years. I am a former President and board member of the association. Being involved with the PIAW helps me stay current on Wisconsin insurance issues as well as the struggles and successes that Wisconsin Insurance Agents/agencies encounter on a regular basis.
