I am the Customer Service Supervisor at the Minnesota Society of CPAs – A professional home for CPAs providing, resources, networking and advocacy. I am the first point of customer service for the organization. I answer questions regarding webinars and other events, rules and statutes for CPAs. I plan and execute all the details for our greater Minnesota Chapter seminars. It is rewarding to see everything come together smoothly for a successful event. Working at the Minnesota Society of CPAs is very fulfilling. The members are so easy to work with and advocate for. They are hard-working knowledgeable people. I feel lucky to work with our members every day. Before joining the Minnesota Society of CPAs I worked as an International/VIP Corporate Travel Agent for American Express Business Travel Services. I was fortunate to forge great working relationships with several amazing companies, including Nestle USA and Tenneco. I have an Associate in Arts degree from North Hennepin Community College, as well as a Travel Planner Certificate from Dakota County Technical Institute.
