As a passionate advocate for education and community engagement, I thrive in roles where I can bridge the gap between students and opportunities that shape their future. Currently, I serve as the Outreach and Recruitment Specialist at Lee College, where I connect high school students with pathways to post-secondary education. My mission is to empower students to realize their potential and help them take the first step toward achieving their academic and career goals.I bring a diverse set of skills honed from my background in digital marketing, project management, and community outreach, as well as my experience as an 8th-grade English teacher. With a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and a Minor in Education from the University of Houston, I’ve developed a keen understanding of effective communication, education strategies, and student needs. In my role, I am deeply involved in planning events, conducting data analysis to target outreach efforts, and utilizing social media and digital platforms to expand our reach. I am committed to fostering relationships with students, educators, and community members to create meaningful connections that inspire and support educational achievement. If you're interested in discussing community engagement, educational outreach, or collaborative opportunities, feel free to connect with me!
