About Jodi Grinwald

Jodi is a multi-passionate social entrepreneur, a changemaker, non-profit leader, podcast host, connector, Certified Professional Coach, consultant, and speaker. She has worked in leadership positions for multiple not-for-profit (for-impact) organizations since 2005, including Executive Director, American Heart Association and Vice President Development for the American Lung Association of the Mid-Atlantic. In 2017, Jodi became the co-founder and CEO of the Zzak G. Applaud Our Kids Foundation. The organization has grown exponentially since its inception and is now focused on three core programming pillars. In late 2020, Jodi launched the Today is the Day Changemakers Podcast and YouTube Channel that highlights changemakers, self-starters, and those who are disrupting their personal and professional status quo. She has had the honor of interviewing CNN Heroes, CEO's, celebrity band members, entrepreneurs, executive producer of a TV show, authors, former FBI Agent, NFL & NBA executives, inspirers, Coaches, TEDx speakers, and those who are truly making a difference in the world. The podcast has been downloaded in almost 30 countries and over 350 cities internationally. Jodi is a sought-after speaker, consultant, coach, trainer, and moderator. One of her clients includes the NJBIA, where she launched the organization’s first statewide not-for-profit council in over 100 years. Jodi is also helping to lead the NJBIA's Collaborative Approach statewide non-profit summit.
