A resourceful professional who brings clarity to complex sustainability and environmental management and project development initiatives. I am known for my teamwork and a desire to work collaboratively across multiple communities and recognize that we are all unique and deserve to be able to bring our authentic selves to work in everything I do. I enjoy taking on new challenges, such as my current role within Bayer Inc where I am accountable for numerous programs including EPR and environmental compliance. Prior to my current role I worked for upwards of 15 years in the Canadian agriculture research industry, primarily on the plant breeding side. I also spent time initiating sustainable agriculture programs for MCC alongside local organizations and communities in the region surrounding Dodoma, Tanzania.
