About Jodi Jackson

I have been in the customer service industry for 30 years and my specialty lies in Financial Services. During my career, I have helped people finance their dream home, vacation of a lifetime, dream vehicle, helped them with their savings, reach their financial goals and retire comfortably. I have been seriously blessed in my career to work with amazing people and gain so much valuable knowledge. I started my career in 1992 and spent 23 wonderful and successful years with that company. It was here that I learned about the importance of customer service and where I honed my skills as a Mortgage Specialist. The second half of my journey was with Investors Group as a Financial Consultant and it was a very positive learning experience and I really enjoyed learning all about investing and financial planning. In January 2018, I moved back in the credit union system as a Financial Services Officer with Glace Bay Central Credit Union and although this fit my background perfectly, I felt that there was still more to learn and do! I felt there was another adventure out there waiting for me! In August of this year, I joined the fantastic team at Colbourne Chrysler as a Product Specialist! This amazing company took a chance and gave me the opportunity for a new and exciting challenge and through them I moved into the position of Finance Manager in July 2023. I have a passion for people and helping them with their buying needs. I am driven to succeed and proud of my accomplishments over the span of my career. I look forward to this next chapter and welcome you all to come along for the ride! I was born and raised in Cape Breton so I understand fully the challenges that we face in these economic times.
