Currently, as Head of Business Operations at Happeo Oy, I lead high-impact initiatives that optimize organizational efficiency and strengthen cross- functional collaboration. My role has afforded me the opportunity to develop and implement company- wide OKR processes, centralize global sales functions, and champion Go-To-Market strategies. One of my most impactful contributions was the creation of a centralized Sales Hub for our global teams, a project that improved data accessibility, standardized compliance, and boosted our sales team’s performance worldwide. I also led the development of a robust change management framework that remains integral to our approach for software integration across diverse client portfolios.
