I soak up information like a sponge and have a proven track record of quickly building deep product knowledge. My coworkers know me as the go-to person for explaining a niche product feature or troubleshooting why something isn’t working. I’m passionate about knowledge sharing and am always looking for ways to make onboarding less painful. Through internships as part of my engineering degree, I’ve been the new person more than a handful of times and know how crucial the first few weeks can be to someone’s confidence. I love- using storytelling to transform complicated ideas into layman speak - lending a helping hand to teammates with a tough challenge - number crunching and transforming rows of data into compelling visuals - good product documentation that you can actually navigate In my free time I turn to creative outlets like cooking, knitting and tabletop RPGs.
