About Jodi Lower

I accidentally made a life out of working with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. I applied for a job a Starkey Inc. one day because I needed a job. That day turned into many years and that job evolved into a career. I'm not at Starkey Inc. now and I haven't been for a long time but I've learned many lessons. I never dreamed on that first day that my life would take the trajectory that it did. That's how life tends to go though, doesn't it? I have a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Performance Technology and no, that has nothing to do with my current job. I got that degree because I like to learn and why not learn a new skill and maybe someday go in a different direction with my life? If I don't, I don't believe it's ever a waste of time to learn something new. I also have the Google IT Support Certificate for the same reason. I fully intend to keep learning as well, Maybe that means more certificates or another degree. Who knows? I'm open to anything. My biggest strengths include: time management, organization, writing, and collaboration
