With a strong work ethic, I believe in understanding others perspectives, building on each other’s strengths and working together to build innovative, simple solutions to complex problems that deliver a great experience and over-achieve our objectives. A strong passion for service excellence and helping others motivated me to become a partner in our family insurance brokerage for 7 years. After selling the brokerage in 2003, and managing the business for an additional 2 years, I returned to Economical Insurance, where I had the opportunity to lead the National Underwriting and Regional Processing teams to the highest levels. I am honoured to be a part of the Ayr Farmers Mutual family protecting and caring for our team, our policyholders and our community.
