From administration to customer service, marketing, and organisation, I find satisfaction in orchestrating the details that pave the way for remarkable accomplishments. With a solid foundation in marketing and a deep affinity for the English language, I enrich the support I offer, while my diverse experience collaborating with individuals across all levels, from the factory floor to senior management allows me a unique insight and understanding to develop internal company communication. I relish the challenge of problem-solving and thrive on cultivating collaboration among teams! In my current role at Kudos Blends, I leverage my skills in marketing and organisational proficiency to their fullest extent. Whether it's structuring our marketing strategy, managing workloads or creating design briefs, I am consistently forward-thinking, and dedicated to optimising company operations for peak efficiency. Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is paramount to me. While I wholeheartedly immerse myself in my work, I equally prioritise meaningful time with my young family and my physical and mental well-being. By taking some of the mental load away from my colleagues I also strive to promote this ethos of balance and well-being within the workplace.
