About Jodi Nemet

Jodi Nemet is considered an expert in educating people on the value of exercise, eating healthy, and staying active. Before moving to New Jersey, her professional career included owning and operating her own dance studio in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and implementing specialty camp programming in Alpharetta, Georgia. While living in NJ, she has earned her Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a position training at a medical based Fitness and Wellness Center. With a passion for helping members understand proper body mechanics, she enrolled in a Physical Therapy Assistant program at Mercer County College. She was promoted to Department Manager where she instilled a culture of living fit and healthy to her entire team. By focusing on the importance of coaching, motivating, and inspiring people to exercise, her fitness department provided a member experience above and beyond. In her spare time, Jodi enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling. Her favorite activities are running, biking, yoga, and cooking healthy meals. Jodi is thrilled to bring her enthusiasm for fitness to others and will dedicate her time to helping people see the value in living each day to the fullest through a healthy, happy lifestyle.
