I am a passionate advocate for holistic well-being and mindful living. With a background in international development, social work, and trauma-informed yoga instruction, I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals and communities to find balance, resilience, and wellness. My passion extends beyond traditional therapy rooms and yoga studios. I provide tailored wellness sessions for individuals and groups in the corporate, educational and non-profit sectors. With my background in program design and implementation, I also support organizations in developing innovative programming that is tailored to the needs of their people. Whether I’m offering a mid-day movement break, a planning session, group trainings, or one on one therapy, I love creating and offering transformative processes and practices that align us with our better selves. I am committed to fostering connections, providing opportunities for self-care, and empowering others to embrace their unique paths toward personal excellence for the benefit of our communities. In my work as a trauma-informed yoga instructor, therapist, and wellness advisor, I thrive on seeing people overcome the inevitable challenges and struggles of life to realize their immense potential.
