About Jodi Stuart

I strive for excellence in all that I do and focus on supporting my community and the generations that follow to secure a sustainable environment to live and play in. Short Bio: Jodi Stuart was raised in Soldotna, AK and attended the University of Alaska where she received her Bachelorette in Arts with an emphasis in English. She then went on to pursue a secondary education endorsement while working towards her Master’s in Education at the University of Fairbanks. There she received her secondary education endorsement to teach English in Alaska as a highly qualified teacher. She worked as an adjunct professor for Kenai Peninsula College and tutored English as a Second Language while working for Project GRAD as a college liaison. She then found work for the Boy Scouts of America and the State of Alaska. She is currently a Probation/Parole Officer for the Dept. of Corrections. She spearheaded the Kenai Peninsula Re-entry Coalition and was a grant writer to enable the community to hire a coordinator and case manager to determine needs and create a plan to reduce recidivism in the community. She is a member of Soldotna Rotary Club, was Rotary District 5010 Leadership Academy Dean, and served as the Rotary District 5010 Secretary. She has held positions of secretary, president, and past president of her Rotary club. Additionally, she sits on numerous coalitions and groups that look to assist the most vulnerable in the community. In 2024, she received the Alaska Children's Trust Champion for Kids award.
