I specialize in developmental editing, line editing and proofreading. I also have extensive experience in content development and public relations. I am a perceptive editor reverent of a writer’s voice, tone and style. It’s a joy to strengthen the writing of others, helping them bring focus and clarity to their work, whether fiction, memoir or screenplay. Years as a journalist have taught me how to connect with the public. I also know the value of deadlines and careful fact-checking. I’ve created an arts and entertainment magazine that had a loyal following. The most popular features were my artist profiles, theater reviews and puzzles. I’ve served a diverse clientele during my tenure in public relations, garnering coverage in the New York Times, the Star-Ledger, the Philadelphia Inquirer, MSNBC.com, golfingnews.ca and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, among other media outlets. Social media, event planning and management, strategic planning, budgeting and volunteer development are all part of my skill set. I am a Summa cum Laude graduate of University of Pennsylvania where I earned a B.A. in English, with a concentration in Creative Writing.
