As an Operations Coordinator at BOND Civil & Utility Construction, I leverage my 18+ years of experience and diverse skillset to support the VP of Operations, the Asst. Controller, the field and garage staff, and the vendors. I am responsible for data analysis of asset utilization, cost, and revenue, as well as training staff on programs, systems, and protocol. I also manage the fleet, the safety compliance of flammable materials, and the GPS software and installation.My objectives are to develop and implement strategies, processes, and learning programs that enhance the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the company. I have earned edX verified certificates in construction management, data analysis, and visual presentation, which demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and improvement. I am passionate about the construction industry and its impact on society and the environment. I enjoy collaborating with my team and partners to deliver high-quality results and solutions.
