About Jodie Andersen

There is more courage and heroism in defying the human impulse, in taking the purposeful and painful steps to prepare for the unimaginable ~ Malcolm Gladwell Setting out to do the unimaginable is quite an audacious goal, and one that you may want to rethink before submitting your final answer. Recognizing my desires for success and how I perceived success as a woman in the automotive industry has been the biggest teaching moment of my life. Achieving your goals and setting reasonable expectations peppered with the right amount of enthusiasm is what wins in life. Persistence, passion, drive, will power, and belief in the dream is how I continue to live and work my gifts Leveraging fear to take significant strides into leadership positions has helped my person blossom in the variety of environments I have chosen my life lessons. Staring adversity right in the eyes has taught me a great deal of admirable traits that we discount & I desire to "de-program" in coaching. Teaching the value of accountability, and follow through on promises to accomplish a greater vision is something I continue to impart with my clients. In fact, designing a healthy balance of integrity, honesty, and self evaluation keeps an honest approach to understanding your spirit. As a passionate entrepreneur I care deeply about leveling the playing field and developing World Class Leaders for the world.
