Purpose driven, I love working with people and organisations to unlock their potential to become extraordinary. Over my career I have developed deep expertise in a range of organisational development streams and this discipline has become my passion - learning, coaching and leadership development, organisational capability, strategic talent management and all things in between! Collaborating with leaders and leading teams to solve the highest value talent and capability questions is where I am most energised and do my best work. My ability to flex between strategic, tactical and operational modes to drive business results has been a strength brought to the HR teams I have been part of. My experience and expertise has been gained in diverse sectors and in complex global and national organisations both at home in Australia and the UK.
