About Jodie Odea

Jodie is a passionate human being who has spent the best part of her career making a difference in the lives of others. She has been operating in the personal & professional growth, training and development space for more than 12 years and in that time has headed up the regional operations of Landmark, a global leader in the training & development field, in two continents. She has recently relocated to Australia after being based in South-East Asia and being accountable for the operations of Landmark out of Singapore - including Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Brunei and Taiwan - for the last five years. Not only was Jodie responsible for managing the general operations of the region, but she was one of the senior program delivery trainers in Asia. She continues to provide online training and development from Australia to both participants in Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam, as well as training other leaders. She has led programs to tens of thousands of people in her career and prides herself on her ability to communicate and make a difference with all people. Jodie is a driven, motivated and highly successful practitioner and manager. She is able to motivate and empower people and groups easily. She produces high-quality results in short time frames and prides herself on finding solutions that fulfil the needs of all her stakeholders, Most of all, her life and her work centers around bringing about positive change in our world.
