About Jodie Scott

I have worked within the legal industry for over 27 years, within the legal industry in both the secured and unsecured recoveries sectors. My main focus is on client relationship management and achieving the best outcome for my clients. I also have a strong focus on business development and ensuring that all clients are treated on a personal level. I have consulted on internal reviews of procedures, especially within the education sector where I have worked primarily for private schools. I have experience working with local council governance teams, providing support to in-house financial teams, banks, non-bank lenders and mercantile agencies both as an inhouse legal representation and external legal representation. I have extensive experience in reviewing contracts, providing advice on best strategies for recoveries, lodging caveats and dealing with priority issues, drafting settlement deeds and undertaking settlements. Within my corporate and consulting services I have a strong level of experience with debt recovery and high volume file management.
