Currently serving as the Global Engagement and Partnerships Officer at the University of Melbourne's Faculty of Business and Economics, I play a vital role in supporting Professor Jennifer Grafton in her capacity as the Associate Dean (International). Prior to my current position, I demonstrated exceptional leadership as the Team Leader for Specialist Clinics at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, achieving significant operational improvements in my time there. My professional journey extends beyond education and healthcare into the retail sector, where I served as the General Manager at Florsheim Australia Pty Ltd. A global retailer listed on the US stock exchange. Reporting directly to the CEO and as a key member of the senior leadership team, where I oversaw store development, leasing, marketing and e-commerce departments. With a comprehensive skill set, I provide operational support for international partnership activities, offering strategic guidance for the development of international strategies, and I actively contribute to the management of global engagement initiatives.
