Seeing others succeed—that is my biggest joy. Leveraging my professional and personal experience, I simplify the complex, shine a light on the path forward, and chart a course with clarity. For me, it's about making a difference to individuals, families and organisations that support our communities. While maintaining a person-centred approach. Highly empathetic, I am also a strategic thinker comfortable navigating many competing factors and skilled at managing, aligning, and realigning the different variables to reach my clients' desired outcome. Community is huge to me. Backed by 15 years of leadership experience in the Victorian public service, I accurately report on government or community-funded activities and expenditures while ensuring that the broader impact of each project is felt long after its completion. Uniquely, I position my clients for future funding, translating their vision into plans and operational pathways that captivate stakeholders and ignite momentum. This demands buy-in. As a skilled facilitator and a member of IAP2, I bridge gaps between individuals, organisations and communities, fostering understanding, and driving action that prioritises what truly matters. Again, it comes back to people. I also work as a disability support worker and am dedicated to ensuring people with disabilities live their best lives. Through coaching and online offerings, I provide NDIS support, helping participants and their families/carers understand the system, develop their own voice, and access the support they need. With lived experience as a parent of two children with additional needs, I cut through red tape and create clear, stress-free pathways to their goals. Beyond my professional endeavours, I am involved in a passion project close to my heart. I am the founder and director of Eli’s Foundation, a not-for-profit charity that supports Melon's Cottage Respite – which we built to provide respite accommodation for children and families affected by cancer, leukaemia, or bereavement. 🫶 Born out of personal tragedy, it has supported 150+ families, embodying the spirit of East Gippsland community support.
