About Jodie Stembridge

I am an administrator with versatile and flexible skills, and a strong focus on how information is communicated and presented to others – both visually and in written form. I have excellent organisational, planning and communication skills, combined with a desire for finding solutions for the business, and an eye for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. I can see the bigger picture and think outside the box. I also have strong IT software skills, and a passion for ensuring information communicated to others is accessible, relevant, informative and easily understood. Two of my most important accomplishments have been:> To improve the quality of the training experience for employees by creating a comprehensive library of training support material, and then improving the access to that information by designing and maintaining pages on the company’s intranet.> To reduce the number of administrative personnel within the team and improve the quality of data input and therefore the accuracy of system reports, by reducing inefficiencies and improving the effectiveness of administrative processes.
