A depth of knowledge and experience across many industries and in the public sector in the following areas- enterprise transformation programs - knowledge management - change management - facilitation - stakeholder engagement - system implementation - evaluation Currently leading a multi-disciplinary team supporting one of North America’s largest ERP implementations in the oil & gas industry. Experience working with clients internationally allowed me to develop exceptional interpersonal skills in dynamic environments in a variety of situations. A solid track record in client engagements requiring specification studies, business needs assessments, as well as development and implementation of programs based on those assessments. Recognition for the development and delivery of training programs for clients who include companies in the oil and gas; information technology; retail, and telecommunications sectors, as well as clients in the public sector at the provincial level. Experience in governance and board development, including multi-year evaluation projects to promote good governance. As a Board Member of a nonprofit Foundation, led a project to update the By-Laws and Terms of Reference clarifying the mandate, roles and responsibilities, and accountability of the Board. Previously a dedicated volunteer with the University Hospital Festival of Trees for over 20 years. Held various chair positions on the steering committee of Festival of Trees which included developing a volunteer social media position for the Festival.
