With over 20 years of combined experience in the recruitment industry, I am the passionate and professional founder of Big Sky Staffing, a company that specializes in direct hire recruiting for professional roles. I have a strong track record of uncovering top-tiered candidates for our clients, saving them time and guiding them through the recruitment process. I am driven by the mission of connecting organizations with talent, and providing the best communication and customer service along the way. In my current role, I leverage my skills in client relations, employee engagement, and customer experience to build long-lasting and trusting relationships with our clients and candidates. I oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and negotiating. I also manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.
