I’m living the dream as a Production Manager, working backstage where every day brings something new — fresh challenges, fast problem-solving, and incredible people. I thrive under pressure and pride myself on my ability to keep things moving smoothly, no matter what curveballs the day throws. The show must go on — and I help make sure it does. Whether it’s conflict resolution, resource management, or quick-fire decision-making, I bring calm and clarity to the chaos. I work collaboratively with touring productions to find compromises that work for everyone — because at the end of the day, we’re all working toward the same goal: a great show. Before stepping into theater full-time, I worked in IT support and marketing, building a strong foundation in tech, communication, and creative problem-solving. I bring those skills with me every day, from managing systems backstage to navigating high-stress environments with confidence and empathy.
