Considered the “Jody of-all-trades.” I have an exceptional ability to connect with others. I care about my work, my team and our organization and it shows in my words and actions. As my boss put it,"you are the heart of our team. You have the energy and passion that shines through to our staff and is why employees feel comfortable coming to us." I've been titled,"a champion, a cheerleader, a shepherd and good council - contributing directly to the tone we're working hard to set for strategic direction, culture, values and employee engagement (Party Planner extraordinaire, DEI, Ambassador Program, Perks, Reward & Recognition management and many other initiatives)." By following best practices when delivering, assisting and execution with in every aspect in various human resources programs and procedures for all employees throughout their life cycle at NFPA. In other words, my work is meaningful from hire to retire and everything in between. I greatly influence the employee experience at NFPA. Author and motivational speaker Andy Andrews wrote in his book the Butterfly Effect, “Everything you do matters. Every move you make, every action you take.matters.
