As the Area Leader of Restaurants at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, I oversee the operations and performance of several units across the region, in multiple states. Ensuring alignment with the company's values and standards. I use data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and empower my teams to implement effective solutions and systems. I also coach and mentor the managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. My mission is to create a positive and memorable experience for every guest and team member at Raising Cane's.
