I work at the intersection of product, data, and operations within a SaaS environment, LiveRamp, focusing on how platforms are implemented, used, and scaled in practice.In my current role, I support client onboarding, platform setup, and ongoing technical operations, acting as a bridge between product, engineering, and customers. My focus is on how data is structured and flows through systems, ensuring workflows are reliable, scalable, and enable clients to extract clear, actionable insights.Previously, as an Intelligence Analyst, I delivered proactive insights to over 300 clients across multiple sectors. Alongside this, I became increasingly focused on how intelligence was structured and delivered, identifying gaps, shaping solutions, and improving tools and workflows.I led the development of internal and client-facing platforms, including a Power BI communications tool that streamlined reporting workflows and saved ~75 hours per month, and supported the implementation of a travel risk management system, designing end-to-end workflows and enabling new operational and commercial capabilities.My work combines analytical thinking with practical implementation, translating complex stakeholder requirements into clear priorities and usable outputs. My background as a professional actor has strengthened my approach to stakeholder engagement, helping me understand different perspectives and communicate effectively across teams.I hold an MSc in Security Studies from University College London (Distinction), where my research focused on decision-making in complex, high-risk environments.Outside of work, I am committed to creating positive impact through community engagement, volunteering with organisations such as Bath Welcomes Refugees, contributing to internal networks, and leading initiatives including a UK-wide Christmas present appeal campaign for children.
