About Jody Mann

I am a 20-year US Air Force veteran that has been playing guitar for nearly 30 years. The USAF has enabled my family and me to take on unique challenges through the years. With a lot of support from them and a little songwriting too, we have excelled through some tough but exciting times. I am a skilled project manager with experience up and down the F-35 logistics food chain. I started as an aircraft mechanic (Crew Chief) and worked my way up through management and leadership roles including program management for a squadron of 26 aircraft and over 300 personnel, to a Quality Assurance manager, and finally as a Program/Project Manager at the F-35 Joint Program Office. I am well-versed in team leadership and dynamics, change management, problem-solving, logistics, operations, and personnel. I have a BS in Project Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University (Magna Cum Laude), a Level 1 Certification in Logistics from the Defense Acquisition University (DAU), and a TS/SCI security clearance.
