Jody Ream- Summary of current skills and education I have extensive knowledge in manufacturing, packaging, and the quality department. My experience and qualifications, will provide any manufacturing and packaging business with optimal leadership. Highlighting some of my achievements that I accomplished over the years include, receiving many personal awards from the recognition program for my leadership, flexibility, and integrity. My biggest accomplishment, was to make several area's of the business safe and efficient for both the operators and the business. My leadership qualities include having a strong emphasis on working in a healthy, positive, and efficient environment. My skills set includes: • Always prioritizing to support the facility and the daily operations • A high level of communication skills in order to meet customer supply and demands • Demonstrated and maintained producing quality products safely and efficient to meet customer demands while following the strict guidelines set in place by the company and the government agencies • Proficient in utilizing the SAP and MES system daily completing transaction for all material movements from stage to stage My Education: I currently hold a Masters Degree from Penn State University for Organization Development and Change. I hold a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Penn State University for Business Marketing and Management completing the degree in December 2020. I also hold an Associates of Science Degree for Business Administration completing the degree in 2016
