Background

About Jody Sant

With over a decade of international experience in education, administration, and program development, I bring a student-centered, results-driven approach to English language instruction. My background spans university lecturing in Oman, curriculum development in Southeast Asia, and educational content creation for global ed-tech companies. I have taught diverse student populations at A1–B2 levels, designed tailored lesson materials, and led teacher training sessions. Previously, I held administrative leadership roles in both healthcare and corporate sectors, where I developed strong organizational, management, and communication skills. These experiences sharpened my ability to lead teams, manage operations, and ensure high standards—skills I now apply in academic settings to create engaging, well-run classrooms and programs. I’m passionate about fostering language acquisition through immersive experiences, culturally responsive teaching, and academic rigor. My goal is to contribute to a university in the Middle East that values innovation, excellence, and cross-cultural exchange.
