With over five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I have contributed to the production of APIs, including monoclonal antibodies for cancer and autoimmune treatments, viral vector gene therapies, and pharmaceutical-grade protein-based cosmetics.In my current role, I strategically plan and coordinate weekly production schedules for a cross-functional 16-person team, overseeing both upstream and downstream biologic manufacturing processes.
