About Joe Andrini

I graduated the University of Louisville in May 2024 claiming my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. I have a passion for business, investing, and learning all things related. College- I was the Treasurer of the Investment Club and placed first in all three university hosted investment challenges. Starting as an analyst, I was elected the Student Fund Portfolio Manager for the University of Louisville's Student Managed Investment Fund. Where I developed a sort of mentorship with and learned from Christopher Stivers CFA, the chair of the finance department and leader of the Fund. This experience shaped my understanding and has led me to enroll in the CFA process. Internship- My work at Republic Bank as a Financial Auditor, allowed me to investigate the banking business. I examined the operations, risk factors, and many recorded transactions. This position helped improve my ability to fixate on small details, stay organized, and effectively communicate findings. Currently- I started working at an accounting firm November 2024. With the intention to learn the fundamentals of business through accounting, I have been pleasantly supprised to have had the opportunity to experience tax season as a new hire. This season has helped me develop skills quickly and proves I can meet deadlines. Fortunately, my ambition for investing is not over looked, Riney Hancock also has an asset management business that I have been working with. I have been responsible for voting for shareholders, maintaining the 401k accounts, and even drafting a proposal for a local endowment fund. I will be more integrated outside of tax season. I look forward to learning more and preparing myself for the future that awaits me.
