About Joe Arak

I remember how, as little kid running a lemonade stand, I always wanted to make our customers' experience special - big plastic straws, nice colored napkins, different size cups, even home delivery. Today I’m still continually driven by that same attitude:"How can we make it better?". As founder and President of PMA, I'm totally inspired to bring top-tier customer experience and bankable ROI to every client we serve - throughout the insurance industry and throughout the hemisphere. Since the mid-1980s when we pioneered commercial insurance teleprospecting, and innovative direct mail programs, we’ve been creating, refining and delivering marketing solutions that have helped our clients generate millions of dollars in new business revenue. Today our business development services include our BtoB Advantage newsletter, integrated teleprospecting, commercial lines lead generation and lead nurturing, digital marketing, Web development and more. We also provide custom-tailored sales training and coaching. Feel free to get in touch with me if you’d like to learn more about these services and other ways PMA can help your practice and your agency grow and prosper.
