About Joe Avalos

I have served the community of the County of Orange for over 25 years. During this time I have had the opportunity to work with many stake holders: i.e. City Management, education administration, Court Services and various business organizations. Team building and motivation, organization and communication, problem solving and supervising are just some of the skill that I have developed. I have had the opportunity to supervise personnel in a variety of positions; custody, patrol, court services, large scale events in enforcement platoons, large community events,(parades, city festivals, Orange County fair) I worked as a Master Reserve Officer for the City of Tustin. There I helped the Police Department in a variety of ways. Community involvement, Supplies and Equipment distribution, recruitment and background investigations are just some of my duties for starters. Currently I am working for Pelicon Group where I do Background Investigation for employment purpose. I have also been working with RB Pool and Consulting. There I work with Rohn Battle in front and backyard designs. We collaborate with home owners and contractors to give them the hardscape they have always wanted.
