About Joe Bateman

With over 15 years of experience in the food and drink industry, I have developed a deep passion for quality products and exceptional service. In early 2021, I embraced fatherhood and sought a role that would allow me to continue my career in this dynamic industry while maintaining a better work-life balance. As an Account Manager at Timothy Taylor’s, I support publicans across Greater Manchester, Liverpool, and Lancashire, ensuring they get the most out of our award-winning beers. From assisting with any challenges they face to introducing new customers to our exceptional brews, I take pride in building strong relationships and helping businesses thrive. In addition to my day-to-day role, I have led the way in cask ale training at Timothy Taylor’s, starring in the brewery’s official cask training videos. These resources help educate and support publicans in delivering the best possible pint to their customers.I am always eager to expand my knowledge of the beer industry and stay ahead of trends, continuously learning and refining my expertise.Let’s connect and talk all things beer, hospitality, and the future of the industry!
