As a strategic, data-driven marketing professional with diverse experience that ranges from managing multimillion-dollar product portfolios and launches for multinational firms to starting and running a business, I offer a record of success driving profitable growth for B2B and B2B2C businesses. Some of my accomplishments include: • Leading a 16-month strategic roadmapping exercise built on voice-of-customer and voice-of-business insights that resulted in development of a five-year plan with buy-in from senior cross-functional leaders, including key activities, ownership, timing and potential risks. • Developing a new product commercialization and go-to-market strategy for a premium, value-added product being entered into a fairly price-conscious, generic-heavy segment. Headed multi-year launch plan, including product improvements, and reacted quickly to emerging market need (new invasive species) to add field testing and label changes without impacting overall schedule.
