I am honest enthusiastic and hardworking. I always look for ways to develop myself and the business I work for and strive for perfection in every aspect of my career. I am a well-established General Manager and with a high level of cooking skills and the highest attention to detail. I train all of my managers, chefs, drivers, front of house staff to the highest standard in all aspects of catering and hospitality. I am fully competent at managing all aspects of the industry from hands on training to managing HACCP documentation, controlling GP, looking after P&L and managing productivity and wage costs. I Have a huge passion for food and drink design and have created many menus and products using fresh vibrant ingredients and love looking at current trends and putting my own twist on them. I always aim to gain as much knowledge about any products I use and like experimenting with new and different ingredients/products. Having relocated to Devon back in 2017 my previous roles in and around Cheltenham had been Temporary while looking to relocate. As you can see from my career history I can manage all aspects of business from sales, branding and marketing, distribution, production and networking.
