A dynamic and personable travel professional with over ten years of experience in the travel industry, including Dubai, Australia and Malta. Skilled in customer service, client relations, travel management systems and team managing and training, with a strong passion for developing and training others in work ethic and job knowledge. Having lived and worked internationally — including over 7 years in Australia, three years in Dubai and a project experience in Libya — I bring a broad cultural awareness and adaptability to diverse environments. My creativity, reliability, and ability to perform under pressure make me an asset in any customer-focused or team leadership/ management role. My present role; Travel Shift Supervisor. As Shift supervisor in the Business Travel team, l coordinate daily operations, distribute workload and act as the main point of contact for complex or sensitive situations. I assign tasks, oversee progress and quality of work during my shift, make tactical decisions to keep service running smoothly, and work with Travel Operations and the Training Manager to optimise team utilisation and training needs. I also arrange job-shadowing, monitor on-duty performance, and ensure clear handovers between shifts.
