I have 20 plus years’ experience in warehouse management, maintenance, and logistics. In 2020, I started at Soucy Tracks International as the Warehouse Manager. By implementing SAP, we reduced back orders by 25%, improved shipping times, in turn increasing our customer base 40% in my first year. By streamlining warehouse processes we can spend more time building client and vendor relationships, reviewing analytics to provide a better forecast for supply chain demands. Before Soucy Tracks, I was a part of the front-line team that opened Nestle International in 2003. My initial role was Warehouse Specialist, I coordinated shipping and receiving times with vendors, set up inventory controls systems, and collaborated with production managers to ensure inventory availability according to production schedules. As Nestle expanded I took over warehouse operations as Inventory Control Specialist, conducting audits to reduce waste in product by 20% in our first year of expansion and identified bottlenecks in processes to increase production time by 30%. Being part of the start-up team, I had the opportunity to participate in orientation providing new hires a look into the Nestle culture, conducted candidate interviews, and implemented LEAN manufacturing company wide.
