Joe has generated over $350 million in sales and has listed hundreds of homes over the course of his career. While he works with clients throughout the Greater Chicagoland area, his primary business serves the Western Suburbs of Chicago. Consistently, Joe leads DuPage County markets in sales volume, sales price to listing price variance, and number of days on the market. He has been one of the top-producing realtors in his office from 2010 to 2024. He has closed over $300 million in volume with 438 transactions from 2013 through 2024 alone. Joe attended grammar and high school in Wheaton. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Eastern Illinois University, where he received a football scholarship. Joe is an avid golfer and runner. To date, he has completed six Chicago marathons.
