About Joe Chapman

I am Joseph Chapman, Vice President of Operations of Underwriting Management Experts (UME). In my role, I focus on partner relations, claims and underwriting. I also assist the marketing department with projects and new product development and advertising. I have been with UME for 5 years, starting as a coordinator and rising in the ranks through the claims and underwriting departments. Formally, I have a Bachelor of Science in the Culinary Arts from the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College. From my experience in culinary school, I learned the importance of organization and communication amongst team members. If you can keep the line in the kitchen running smoothly, you can handle any office. I look forward to progressing my career with UME, as I refine and perfect my industry knowledge base.
