About Joe Charley

I have over thirty years of experience in the fire and emergency services industry. Having served in career and volunteer municipal fire departments, in the Department of Defense both as an active duty U.S. Marine firefighter and as a civilian contractor in a war zone (Iraq September 2004-September 2005). Additionally, I have experience working in the private health care industry, both pre-hospital and in varying medical practices. I am a tenured fire service instructor from basic firefighting skills to driver operator, company and command officer competencies and firefighter survival and rescue. I also have over fifteen years of experience as a tactical medic operating in ever changing emergency incidents, situations and austere environments. Furthermore serving as a lead instructor for psychomotor and didactic training of law enforcement officers, paramedics and other varying emergency responders.
