Starting with owning my own business as a franchisee with Chick-fil-A and then with Colonial Life, I have been a consultant, manager, and trainer with expertise in the areas of Strategic Management, People Management, and Leadership. I have extensive experience with developing programs for individuals, small business owners, and corporate organizations to achieve successful employee and customer development goals through in-person training, virtual training, and one-on-one coaching. Some of my select achievements include: → Streamlined the workflow process of training developers to allow for a record number of training development projects to be delivered, increasing pipeline by 33% within the first quarter and 50% three quarters after implementation. → Helped generate the 3 highest sales years in the history of Colonial Life by developing and implementing a comprehensive business planning process, incorporating both strategic and operational elements. → Cultivated positive and productive working relationships with customers and the company’s field sales force through proactive and responsive strategic communication, driving productivity and growth. → Drove an increase in training ROI by shepherding the successful transition of an in-person national training program to virtual delivery in under two months.
