Brief Overview: Joe has over 29 years of experience in the Security Industry. He worked 18 years with ADT/TYCO before joining Protection 1 in 2010. Joe played an intricate role in creating and developing a National Account Program with Protection 1, as an Area Vice President of National Accounts and later with ADT Commercial National Account Team. In his tenure at Protection 1/ADT Commercial, Joe was able to build a team that saw success twelve consecutive years by growing revenue in each of the twelve years. Every team member exceeded their assigned quotas, and his team was rewarded the #1 Team in the company six of the twelve years. Strengths: My biggest strength is Leadership by creating an environment that promotes a winning attitude fueled by Accountability. Direction, Mission and Expectations are clearly defined.
